Corinne Ann Katzenberger is a central character in Octavio's World. She is an anthropomorphic vixen with four tails. She is one of Octavioville's most uniquely different citizens in regards to looks, and is Alex's love interest, despite foxes and rabbits in real life being mortal enemies in the wild.
Character biography Edit
Corinne is a kind and fun-loving young vixen who would do anything to have some company. She is the younger daughter of Penelope (nee Grotto) and Tom Katzenberger, and has an older sister named Kia. Corinne is described as a "what you see is what you get" kind of girl. Before Alex moved to Octavioville, she was a shy girl who almost wouldn't come out of her shell and would most of the time hide behind her tails.
Origin of her tailsEdit
Corinne has four tails as a result of an accident that occurred several years ago. She used to be a normal ordinary fox with one tail, until a field trip to a famous chemical lab changed her life forever. A careless student bumped into her with Corinne being knocked onto a wall with shelves of vials, flasks, and beakers containing various miscellaneous chemicals. She collapsed unconscious and was rushed to a nearby hospital while she slowly grew three more tails. She made a miraculous recovery, however, the doctors told her that the "damage" was permanent and there was nothing to be done. However, she habituated to the new looks of her tails in a short period of time, but she was greatly picked on for them. She's not as worrysome to talk about the event anymore.
- Corinne is unaware that Alex actually has a crush on her.
- During development, Corinne was originally called "Liza", but her name was later changed to "Corinne", due to the name sounding "more interesting".
- Corinne is based on a female friend from Gaitan's high school years whom Gaitan described as "ditzy".
